Abstract:
A method for providing electrode array position and direction information according to an embodiment of the present invention is a method for providing electrode array position and direction information for electrical stimulation treatment of a subject, comprising the steps of: mounting, on a surface of the subject, a first display marker for displaying a center position and a reference direction of an electrode array; attaching an image marker to the surface of the subject so as to match the center position and the reference direction of the first display marker; capturing a medical image of the subject to which the image marker has been attached; providing the captured medical image to an external treatment planning system; receiving, from the external treatment planning system, a proposed position and a proposed direction of the electrode array on the basis of the image marker; and by reflecting the proposed position and the proposed direction with respect to the image marker, mounting a second display marker on the surface of the subject to match the proposed position and the proposed direction on the surface of the subject, and accordingly, the electrode array can be attached at an exact position and angle on an actual patient according to a treatment plan.
