A method and device for providing logistics service information. The method comprises: collecting information of basic logistics resources, wherein the basic logistics resources comprise warehouse resources and distribution resources (S101); generating entity data of the basic logistics resources according to a preset data expression manner and the information of the basic logistics resource (S102), wherein the entity data comprises identity information and attribute information of basic logistics resources, and the attribute information comprises resource types, service scope information and/or service capability information; and issuing the entity data of the basic logistics resources, so as to generate a logistics solution for a first user or a specified service object of the first user according to the issued data (S103). Personalized demands of users for logistics solutions can be satisfied.
