Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention relates to a method and device for realizing a value-added service, and a cloud server. The method comprises: a cloud server acquiring attribute parameters of one or more UE units, the attribute parameters comprising operation state parameters; the cloud server determining a faulty UE unit from the one or more UE units according to the operation state parameters; the cloud server transmitting, to a control unit corresponding to the faulty UE unit, a notification message comprising fault information of the faulty UE unit, such that the control unit displays the fault information and receives a selection operation performed by a user according to the fault information; the cloud server receiving a first feedback message transmitted by the control unit according to the selection operation; and the cloud server transmitting, to a maintenance server, and according to the first feedback message, the fault information and attribute information of the user.
