Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and a device for recovering a perfluoroalkanesulfonyl fluoride, the method comprising bringing a gas consisting mainly of a perfluoroalkanesulfonyl fluoride represented by the general formula CnF2n+1SO2F (n is an integer of 1-4) into contact with a collection liquid held in a collection part and thereby causing the perfluoroalkanesulfonyl fluoride to be dissolved and absorbed in the collection liquid. The method is characterized in that the collection liquid which contains the perfluoroalkanesulfonyl fluoride dissolved therein is continuously distilled.
