Abstract:

The invention relates to a method and a device for the removal of water ice from refrigeration units for the refrigeration of chilled goods to a temperature below the freezing point of water. The above is achieved by a method, whereby the water ice is sucked out of the interior of the refrigeration unit by application of a suction fan and at least one suction nozzle and a device, whereby at least one suction nozzle for water ice is provided within the refrigeration unit, which is connected to a suction fan.
