Abstract:
A device for reporting a measurement report of an unauthorized cell, comprising: an acquisition unit, a processing unit, a determining unit, a reporting unit, and a termination unit. The device can prevent the reporting of an inaccurate measurement report of an unauthorized cell in a terminal, thereby reducing the probability that a network side makes an irrational decision according to the inaccurate measurement report.
