Abstract:

The application relates to the field of mobile communications, and specifically, to a technology of scheduling and allocating an air interface resource in the field of radio communications. The method of scheduling and allocating a resource comprises: network equipment allocates, for a same user equipment and using downlink control information, an air interface resource for N numbers of data transmissions, wherein the downlink control information comprises the air interface resource for the N numbers of data transmissions, and N is an integer exceeding 1. The solution provided in the application can flexibly schedule a retransmission and allocate a retransmission type within a range allowable by service latency, satisfying the service latency while ensuring data transmission reliability.
