Abstract:
The present application provides a solution for authentication between users and external network services in 5G scenarios. The specific implementation means is: a session management function entity (SMF) receives a PDU session establishment request sent by an access and mobility management function entity (AMF), a terminal device performs integrity protection on the PDU session request, and the SMF performs integrity verification on the session establishment request after receiving same. Thereafter, if the SMF successfully verifies subscription information in the terminal device, the SMF establishes communication with an external server and sends verification success information to the external server, and finally establishes a PDU session.
