Abstract:
A method and device for sending and receiving control information, for use in indicating the time-frequency position of a control channel to a terminal device by a network device in a 5G NR system or a future evolved LTE system. The method comprises: a terminal device receives broadcast information; determine the time-domain position of a broadcast channel for carrying the broadcast information in predefined at least two time-domain positions; then determine the time-domain position of a control channel according to the time-domain position of the broadcast channel; and detect the control channel at the determined time-domain position of the control channel.
