Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and device for both sending and receiving instruction information in carrier aggregation. According to one embodiment of the present invention, in order to send instruction information in carrier aggregation, rules information is sent to a user terminal from a device using two or more component carrier waves, instruction information is generated which sets the range of the component carrier band in accordance with the rules information, and a component carrier is sent which contains the instruction information.
