Abstract:

Disclosed is a method for sending a reference signal, wherein the method is applied to a network device. The method comprises: sending a first indication on a second downlink frequency domain transmission resource, wherein the first indication is used for activating a first downlink frequency domain transmission resource; and when it is determined that there is a first channel state information (CSI) resource configuration corresponding to the first downlink frequency domain transmission resource, sending the CSI reference signal on the first downlink frequency domain transmission resource according to the first CSI resource configuration, wherein the first CSI resource configuration includes a periodic characteristic of the CSI reference signal.
