Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a feature of a fluidized layer, and in particular, provides a method and device for efficiently separating solids from a bubble fluidized layer. Specifically, the solids separation method according to the present invention separates relatively coarse solids present in a fluidized layer from a fluid medium and continuously carries the solids out to the exterior of a fluidized layer device, wherein the solid separation method is characterized in that a part of a belt-shaped conveyance means is installed in or adjacent to the fluidized layer and is continuously circulated to continuously carry the solids out to the exterior of the fluidized layer device, the belt-shaped transportation means having: a capturing belt having gaps that are smaller than the diameter of the solids and larger than the diameter of the substance constituting the fluid medium of the fluidized layer, the size of the gaps enabling the fluid medium to pass and the solids to be selectively captured; or a collector having similarly sized gaps.
