Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method, device, and server for security verification, for use in increasing the security of an access control system having linked doors A and B. The method comprises: at an access control server, when door A is opened via a first verification approach, acquiring a user identifier (UID) of a terminal device held by a user entering door A, where the first verification approach is a non-iris verification approach; and transmitting prestored iris information corresponding to the UID to the terminal device; at the terminal device, collecting iris information of the user and verifying whether the collected iris information matches the received iris information; when the collected iris information of the user matches the received iris information, transmitting to access control server information used for indicating that the iris information of the user matches the received iris information; at the access control server, transmitting a virtual keycard for door B to the terminal device; and when door B reads the virtual keycard for door B and door A is currently in a closed state, controlling door B to open.
