Abstract:
A method and device for state certification and block execution in a blockchain system. According to the method, a blockchain can comprise a first state database for storing historical state data; and in the first state database, each historical write-in state of each parameter involved in the executed block in the blockchain and a version number corresponding to each historical write-in state can be directly stored in the first state database in a key-value form. Therefore, in the state of reading or writing the parameters, the number of IO operations is only one, and meanwhile, the historical state can be quickly queried. Moreover, existence proving is carried out on the query result, such that the situation that malicious block chain nodes tamper data or deliberately return wrong query results is avoided.
