Abstract:
A method and a device for sterilizing and cleaning a container, used for sterilizing
the inner surface of a container (50) conveyed inverted. The method and device
increase sterilization efficiency, reducing the amount of use of sterilization
fluid, and reduce a sterilization time and a cleaning time. Also, the number of
drive sections of the device is reduced to simplify the device and reduce costs.
A non-insertion nozzle (20) is placed at a position separated downward by 1-50
mm from an opening lower end surface (52) of the container (50) conveyed in an inverted
attitude, and sterilization fluid mixed with air into micro fine particles is
ejected to the inside of the container from the non-insertion nozzle (20).
