Abstract:
A method, a device and a storage medium for synchronously acquiring intelligent terminal information by speech customer service are disclosed by the present invention. The method comprises: detecting whether the called number inputted into an intelligent terminal by a user is a hotline number of the speech customer service; when detecting that the called number is the hotline number of the speech customer service, acquiring device information of the intelligent terminal; according to the hotline number of the speech customer service, transmitting the device information of the intelligent terminal to the speech customer service platform corresponding to the hotline number, and instructing a speech customer service platform to transmit the device information to a answering customer service accessed by a mobile communication number and display the device information.
