Abstract:
The present invention folds and stacks a stretchable sheet while conveying the stretchable sheet in a stretched state. The present invention comprises: a first conveying step in which a stretchable sheet (2) is conveyed in a stretched state to an stretchable sheet ejector (32) using conveyance rollers (21b, 31g) that define the conveyance speed V1, V2 of the stretchable sheet (2); and a second conveying step in which the stretchable sheet ejector (32) conveys the stretchable sheet (2) from an introduction port (32s) to a discharge port (32t) of the stretchable sheet ejector (32) while clamping both sides of the stretchable sheet (2) in the first direction, and the discharge port (32t) of the stretchable sheet ejector (32) reciprocates in the first direction to fold and stack the ejected stretchable sheet (2e) from the discharge port (32t) of the stretchable sheet ejector (32). The conveyance speed V3 when the stretchable sheet ejector (32) conveys the stretchable sheet (2) is smaller than the conveyance speed V1, V2 when the conveyance rollers (21b, 31g) convey the stretchable sheet (2).
