Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for structuring the surface of profiles, floor coverings, and similar semifinished products by means of brushes. According to said method, brushes (1, 2, 9) are disposed next to and at a distance from each other perpendicular to a direction of conveyance (6) of the semifinished products (7) in a first row (3) while being disposed in the direction of conveyance (6) in additional rows (10) that are located downstream therefrom. The brushes (1, 2, 9) of successive rows (3, 10) are arranged in an overlapping and staggered manner relative to a gap (8). The rotating shafts (4,12) of the brushes (1,2,9) are aligned parallel and perpendicular to the direction of conveyance (6). The surface (13) is brushed counter to the direction of rotation (5, 11) of the brush surfaces.
