A method, a device and a system for accessing a data memory. The method comprises: receiving a mode switching control command via a first interface of a control device by means of a first bus (S101), the mode switching control command being used for controlling the switching of a second interface of the control device to a predetermined mode; according to the received mode switching control command, switching the second interface of the control device to the predetermined mode (S102), the predetermined mode comprising a first mode and a second mode; in the case of switching the second interface to the first mode according to the mode switching control command, the other device(s), which is/are connected to a second bus corresponding to the second interface, accessing a data memory via the second interface by means of the second bus under the control of the control device (S103); and in the case of switching the second interface to the second mode according to the mode switching control command, the other device(s) directly accessing the data memory by means of the second bus without the control of the control device (S104).
