Provided are a smart home control method, device and system. The method comprises: storing, by a smart home control device (300), configuration information of a smart home appliance (400) in a control list (S210), the configuration information of the smart home appliance (400) comprising an appliance communication identifier; after a first connection has been established between the smart home control device (300) and the smart home appliance (400), establishing a second connection between the smart home control device (300) and a smart home control server (200), such that the smart home control server (200) establishes a communication group comprising at least one mobile terminal (100) and at least one smart home appliance (400) and transmits, to the smart home control device (300), first communication information transmitted by the at least one mobile terminal (100) and received in the communication group (S220); and receiving the first communication information, the first communication information comprising control information and a communication group identifier, the communication group identifier comprising the appliance communication identifier, parsing the control information and generating a control command, and transmitting the control command to the corresponding smart home appliance (400) (S230).
