Abstract:

A method, a device and a system for data transmission, a physical residential gateway and an access node. The method comprises: transmitting first multicast protocol data from a terminal, using a first multicast protocol-bearable channel pre-established with a virtual residential gateway, to a multicast server, and/or receiving second multicast protocol data from the multicast server and transmitting the second multicast protocol data to the terminal; receiving, using a first multicast data channel pre-established with the multicast server, multicast data from the multicast server, and transmitting the multicast data to the terminal; the first multicast protocol-bearable channel and the first multicast data channel being independent of each other. The embodiments of the present invention reduce the bandwidth pressure of the network.
