The device (1) for generating a disassembly procedure is configured by providing: an assembly procedure-editing unit (3) for inserting a novel work element into an assembly procedure according to input instructions; an assembly procedure modification-monitoring unit (4) for monitoring whether or not a novel work element has been inserted into an assembly procedure; a disassembly procedure-generating unit (5) for generating, when a novel work element is inserted into an assembly procedure, a disassembly procedure using the various work elements of the assembly procedure into which the novel work element has been inserted and information correlating the assembly procedure work elements and disassembly procedure work elements with each other; a disassembly procedure cost-calculating unit (8) for calculating the cost occurring in the disassembly procedure overall; and a procedural cost information-displaying unit (2) for displaying the disassembly procedure and the cost occurring with the overall disassembly procedure together with the assembly procedure.
