Abstract:
A method, device and system for implementing media gateway control in the TDM
network are general applied in the bearing technology of the communication protocol,
enable the No.7 signaling of the current TDM network directly bear the gateway
control protocol. Use the signaling point to identify the soft switch and the
media gateway, configure the media gateway control protocol processing layer
as a type of SCCP users, a part of message route procedure use the signaling point
and sub-system number as the route basis. Therefore when IP bearing network or
ATM bearing network is not provided in the network environment, the current TDM
network is utilized quickly and the networking of the soft switch and the media
gateway is quickly realized.
