Abstract:
The invention discloses a method, device and system implementing video quality evaluation. When evaluating video quality, a ratio of damaged data in data loss to all video frame data, as well as other factors such as a location of the damaged data in the video frame, and an impact of a scene of the video frame on the video frame or a subsequent video frame following the video frame, are all considered, and therefore, providing higher accuracy of the quality evaluation.
