Abstract:
The field of mobile communication technologies is involved. Especially a technology for notifying heterogeneous system neighbor cell information to user terminal is involved. A method for notifying heterogeneous system neighbor cell information to user terminal is provided, which solves the problem that abnormal phenomena such as system halted and reboot occur in some user terminals when network side broadcasts heterogeneous system neighbor cell information and improves the user's experience. The method comprises sending heterogeneous system neighbor cell information to the user terminal UE when the UE has heterogeneous system access capability. A network device and a communication system for notifying heterogeneous system neighbor cell information to user terminal are also provided.
