Abstract:
Disclosed are a method, device, and system for device operation and maintenance. The method may comprise: when validity is successfully verified by a management system, a terminal acquires target information of to-be-collected data from the management system; the terminal connects with a target device on the basis of the target device identity and acquires to-be-collected data of the target device on the basis of an identity of the to-be-collected data; and, the terminal displays the to-be-collected data of the target device.
