Abstract:
A method for preventing memory data loss, comprising: creating a state machine in the memory of a first streaming pattern matching engine (103) when the first streaming pattern matching engine (103) initiates pattern matching; during the pattern matching, the first streaming pattern matching engine (103) acquiring in sequence, according to a pattern matching rule, events from an event storage device (102); and taking, according to a snapshot rule, a snapshot of the state of the state machine to form a snapshot file, and storing the snapshot file in a snapshot storage device (104), the snapshot file describing the offset mark of the acquired event in the snapshot storage device. By means of said method, the reliability of the memory data is improved.
