Abstract:
Provided are a method, device, and system for radio communication. The method comprises: a terminal device determines the uplink time ratio in a target time window; and the terminal device determines, on the basis of the uplink time ratio in the target time window, whether to discard uplink data in the time window. In the embodiments of the present invention, by means of the terminal device actively discarding the uplink data in the target time window, the total uplink power in the target time window can be effectively reduced, thus not only ensuring uplink coverage, but also effectively reducing a SAR statistic.
