Abstract:
A method, device and system for reducing a dropped-call rate of a user equipment (UE) in the field of voice services in a long term evolution (LTE) system, the method comprising: receiving a UE context release request or an ERAB release indication message transmitted by an eNB; and when the UE context release request message or the ERAB release indication message carries a specific identifier, retaining a GBR bearer, the specific identifier being used to instruct to retain the GBR bearer. The above technical solution effectively reduces a dropped-call rate of a UE in a VoLTE service, and improving a user experience.
