A base station and a terminal of a wireless communication system are disclosed. The base station and the terminal of wireless communication respectively comprise a communication module and a processor. If a time-frequency resource designated by a demodulation-reference signal (DM-RS) of a data channel is not overlapped with a time-frequency resource designated for a purpose different from the transmission of the DM-RS, the processor receives the DM-RS in the time-frequency resource designated for the transmission of the DM-RS, and receives the data channel on the basis of the DM-RS. If the time-frequency resource designated for the transmission of the DM-RS of the data channel is overlapped with the time-frequency resource designated for a purpose different from the transmission of the DM-RS, the processor does not expect the reception of the DM-RS in a resource element (RE) overlapped with the time-frequency resource designated for the different purpose among time-frequency resources designated for the transmission of the DM-RS.
