Abstract:
A method and a device for tinnitus digital therapy accompanied by cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) are disclosed. The method by which a computer device performs tinnitus digital therapy accompanied by CBT and TRT, according to one embodiment, may comprise the steps of: performing TRT corresponding to the tinnitus frequency of a user; and performing CBT so that the user changes the recognition of tinnitus from a negative reaction to a positive reaction and perceives same.
