Abstract:
A method and a device for transmitting content to a display device are disclosed. The method for transmitting content comprises the steps of: receiving a display type from a sink device; generating content after considering the display type; and transmitting the generated content to the sink device, wherein the display type includes information for indicating a type for which a display of the sink device is set.
