Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting data at a high bitrate. The method comprises: for each check bit column node in a low-density parity check (LDPC) code quasi-cyclic check matrix Hb, calculating, by a transmitting end, a quantity associated with the check bit column node; sorting the check bit column nodes according to a descending order of the respective quantities associated with the check bit column nodes; determining a result of the sorting to be a puncturing order for the check bit column nodes; and when information needs to be transmitted at a high bitrate, performing, according to the puncturing order for the check bit column nodes and a preset puncturing quantity for the check bit column nodes, puncturing on a result of LDPC encoding of an information bit currently to be transmitted, and transmitting a result of the puncturing to a receiving end. The present invention can ensure accuracy of decoded data transmitted at a high bitrate.
