Abstract:
The present application provides a method and device for transmitting data on an unlicensed spectrum, and a storage medium. The method comprises: a user equipment receives unlink scheduling information sent by a network device and carrying PUSCH resource information, determines the number of available PUSCH resource symbols according to the unlink scheduling information, determines all available TBSs, generates MACPDUs capable of being borne by each transmission block; and the user equipment performs channel contention, determines a transmission block length to be used according to the contention result and the number of the available PUSCH resource symbols, selects at least one MAC PDU among multiple MAC PDUs according to the transmission block length, sends the at least one MAC PDU to the network device, and receives a feedback message. The user equipment determines the number of the available PUSCH resource symbols and the TBSs according to the channel contention result;, an MCS specified by the network device is not changed, the reliability of uplink transmission is ensured, the number of times of retransmission is reduced, and the efficiency of resource utilization can also be improved.
