Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting and receiving signals and channels in a wireless communication system. A method performed in a wireless communication system by a terminal according to an embodiment disclosed herein comprises the steps in which: first DCI indicating a new data indicator (NDI) value and an HARQ process number value is received in a first cell; a group common PDSCH scheduled by the first DCI is received in the first cell; second DCI indicating the NDI value and the HARQ process number value is received in a second cell; and a terminal-dedicated PDSCH scheduled by the second DCI is received in the first cell. Here, the terminal-dedicated PDSCH can be received by being determined as the retransmission of a transport block (TB) of the group common PDSCH on the basis of preset conditions.
