Abstract:

Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting a reference signal, for use in implementing the transmission of a reference signal to a base station by a relay node, such that the base station or the relay node learns about the interference of a downlink access link to an uplink backhaul link. The method comprises: a first node receives a first configuration message sent by a second node, the first configuration message carrying resource information for transmitting a first reference signal; the first node sends, according to the first configuration message, a first reference signal by means of a first port; the second node performs channel measurement on the first reference signal to determine the interference of a first data signal sent to a third node by the first node to a data signal sent to the second node by the first node; the first node sends the first data signal to the third node by means of a second port, wherein the first port and the second port are a same port or have an antenna port quasi co-location (QCL) relationship, the first node is a relay node, and the second node is an upper-level node of the first node.
