Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a method and device for transmitting uplink control information, for use in resolving the problem of how to transmit HARQ response information in the case that some or all first uplink resource supposed to transmit HARQ response information are preempted. In solution I, in the case that uplink preemption occurs, HARQ response information is transmitted by a PUCCH resource pre-configured by a higher layer. In solution II, in the case that a first uplink resource is a multiplexed PUCCH resource or PUSCH resource, if a PUCCH resource bearing HARQ response information before the multiplexing is not preempted, rollback to the PUCCH resource before multiplexing can be implemented to send the HARQ response information. In solution III, in the case that a first uplink resource is a multiplexed PUSCH resource, a new PUCCH resource in an unoccupied resource region of the PUSCH can be found to perform sending.
