Abstract:
An ammonia off-gas (17) (ammonia) is separated and recovered by means of an ammonia recovery device (13) from gases (6) yielded by gasification in a gasification furnace (1) of a two-column gasification system. Part of the ammonia off-gas (17) is injected as a reducing agent for denitration into the inlet of a cyclone (10), which is for separating a fluidized medium (4) heated in a combustion furnace (2) from a combustion discharge gas (9) and returning the fluidized medium (4) to the gasification furnace (1), and is then brought into contact with the high-temperature combustion discharge gas (9) to reduce and remove NOx through non-catalytic decomposition. Simultaneously therewith, the excess of the ammonia off-gas (17) is supplied to primary air (8) to be introduced into the combustion furnace (2) and is thereby burned off.
