Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for updating a three-dimensional map, which is performed by a computing device, comprises the steps of: receiving a plurality of query images from a client device; detecting a non-variable object and a variable object from the plurality of query images; estimating a camera pose indicating a direction and a location of a camera on a three-dimensional map on the basis of the extracted non-variable object; and updating the three-dimensional map on the basis of the variable object extracted from the plurality of query images and a variable object in a reference image of the three-dimensional map corresponding to the estimated camera pose.
