Abstract:
A method and a device for uplink transmission and reception in a wireless communication system are disclosed. A method for performing uplink transmission according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may comprise the steps of: receiving setting information related to a serving cell from a base station, wherein the setting information comprises information on a plurality of timing advance groups (TAGs) associated with the serving cell; receiving, from the base station, control information comprising a timing advance (TA) command for each TAG in the plurality of TAGs; and performing the uplink transmission to the base station in the serving cell. On the basis of the uplink transmission being associated with a specific TAG among the plurality of TAGs, transmission timing of the uplink transmission may be determined on the basis of a TA command for the specific TAG.
