Abstract:
The method for diagnosing a fault in a pressure gauge of a hydrogen charging system according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized in: charging a hydrogen fuel into a fuel cell automobile in which hydrogen fuel is used as a power source, through a dispenser from an accumulator in which the hydrogen fuel is accumulated; acquiring pressures measured by a plurality of pressure gauges disposed at different positions on a hydrogen fuel channel between the accumulator and an outlet of the dispenser at a timing at which the flow amount of the hydrogen fuel being charged becomes equal to or lower than a threshold value at a stage near the end of charge; determining, on the basis of the acquired pressure values, whether or not the deviations between the pressures are within a threshold value; and outputting the determining result.
