Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a method for diagnosing machine failure on the basis of deep-learning by using sounds or vibrations. The method comprises the steps in which: (a) when sound data or vibration data detected from a machine is acquired, a diagnosis device inputs the sound data or the vibration data to a feature extraction unit so that the feature extraction unit extracts features 1 to m from the sound data or the vibration data; (b) the diagnosis device inputs features 1 to m to deep-learning models 1 to n so as to cause deep-learning models 1 to n to learn features 1 to m and output failure classification information 1_1 to n_m classifying failure states for features 1 to m; and (c) the diagnosis device outputs failure diagnosis information diagnosing the failure of the machine by ensembling failure classification information 1_1 to n_m.
