Title:
METHOD FOR DIFFERENTIAL ASSEMBLY OF HETEROGENEOUS CELL-CONTAINING ASSEMBLY UNITS BY USING FARADAY WAVE, SYSTEM, AND APPLICATION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/035768
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a method for differential assembly of heterogeneous cell-containing assembly units by using a Faraday wave, a system, and an application. The method comprises: adding heterogeneous cell-containing assembly units to a dispersant and mixing well to obtain a suspension system, wherein the heterogeneous cell-containing assembly units satisfy the conditions that: the diameters range from 2 to 4900 μm and/or the buoyant densities range from 1 to 10 g/cm3, and multiple cell-containing assembly units have different diameters and/or buoyant densities; adding the suspension system to an assembly chamber, and after the cell-containing assembly units settle to the bottom of the assembly chamber, performing Faraday wave differential assembly to obtain a cellular microstructure having differentially arranged heterogeneous cells. By adjusting the size and/or buoyancy density of the cell-containing assembly units, real-time differential assembly of the heterogeneous cell-containing assembly units in a Faraday wave sound field is implemented, so that the method is suitable for the requirement for precise differential arrangement of heterogeneous cells in tissue engineering and biomanufacturing, and has great application prospects and technical popularization values.
