Abstract:
A method for directly preparing gasoline fraction hydrocarbons by carbon dioxide hydrogenation, comprising: directly converting a mixed gas consisting of carbon dioxide and hydrogen with the catalysis of a multifunctional composite catalyst under reaction conditions of a temperature of 250-450°C, a pressure of 0.01-10.0 MPa, an airspeed of 500-50,000 mL/(h•gcat), and a H2/CO2 molar ratio of 0.5-8.0, to produce gasoline fraction hydrocarbons. The composite catalyst is a mixture of a first component and a second component, the first component being an iron-based carbon dioxide hydrogenation catalyst, and the second component being one or more than two metal-modified or non-modified molecular sieves. In the method, a per-pass conversion of CO2 may be up to 33% or higher; the methane selectivity in hydrocarbon products is lower than 8%; the selectivity of gasoline fraction hydrocarbons having 5-11 carbon atoms is higher than 70%; and gasoline fraction is dominated by isoparaffins and aromatic hydrocarbons, and the octane value is high.
