Abstract:
Provided by the embodiments of the present application is a method for disaster recovery of an audio and video communication connection: synchronizing an access resource list in a profile server to a policy control server; the policy control server, after receiving an audio and video communication connection request sent by a user terminal, requesting to acquire an access resource of the user terminal from a scheduling server, and when acquiring an access resource fails, selecting an access resource from a locally stored access resource list and returning back to the user terminal, thereby ensuring that the user terminal is still capable of smoothly establishing an audio and video communication connection when scheduling allocation fails or a scheduling server faults, and thus improving user experience. Correspondingly, also provided by the present application are an apparatus and system for disaster recovery of an audio and video communication connection.
