Abstract:
Provided is a dismantling method capable of easily separating an adhesive-attached member having an adhesive on a member into the member and the adhesive. Provided is a method for dismantling an adhesive-attached member having an adhesive on a member. The method includes immersing the adhesive-attached member in water to separate the adhesive from the member. The immersion is carried out using water the temperature of which is greater than 0 °C and equal to or less than 30 °C. The adhesive has a water absorption ratio (R1) of 3.0 or greater as calculated by the following equation: water absorption ratio R1 = (water absorption amount A5 °C [mg/mm3] when immersed in water at 5 °C)/(water absorption amount A60°C [mg/mm3] when immersed in water at 60 °C).
