A method for displaying permission after an employee logs into an account thereof in a system, comprising: selecting, for an employee, an account that has been created, not associated with any employee, and not frozen, and taking same as the employee's account, or separately creating an account for the employee; the employee logging in to a system according to the account to him/her; and the system displaying first information or second information to the employee, wherein the first information comprises all roles associated with the account and permission corresponding to each role, and the second information comprises a primary role from among all roles associated with the account and permission corresponding to the primary role. After the employee logs in to his/her account, the permission corresponding thereto is clearly displayed according to the role associated with the account, so that the employee can start to work; moreover, one employee corresponds to one account, and one account corresponds to one employee, such that it is convenient to trace the operation of each account and find a corresponding responsible person.
