Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for displaying an undercut area when designing a prosthesis and a prosthesis CAD device for performing same. A method for displaying an undercut area when designing a prosthesis according to one embodiment comprises the steps of: designing a prosthesis model; providing a distribution diagram screen which two-dimensionally shows the overall distribution of an undercut area generated on the designed prosthesis model; and providing a changed amount screen which shows the changed shape of the undercut area, according to correction of an insertion passage for the prosthesis.
