[PROBLEMS] To provide a method of disposing of a sealing agent that realizes not only efficient separation of a spent sealing agent into a rubber latex and a liquid component so as to enable recovery but also simplification of the disposal of the rubber latex and liquid component separated from the spent sealing agent. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a method of disposing of a sealing agent for recovery of any sealing agent for puncture repair constituted of an aqueous solution having at least a rubber latex dispersed therein from the inside of a pneumatic tire, characterized by including the solid liquid separation step of injecting a treatment agent containing at least one of a salt being a compound from acid-base reaction and a water-soluble organic solvent in the inside of a pneumatic tire having a sealing agent introduced therein and effecting mixing of the treatment agent with the sealing agent in the inside of the pneumatic tire to thereby achieve rubber latex aggregation and solidification from the sealing agent.
