Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for dissolving and degassing a polymer, the method for dissolving and degassing a polymer having a dissolving/degassing step for obtaining a polymer solution by agitating a mixture containing a polymer and a solvent, and simultaneously dissolving the polymer and degassing the polymer solution, while in a state of decompression with a gauge pressure of -50 to -90kPa, and at a temperature lower than the boiling point of the solvent in the decompressed state and higher than the freezing point thereof.
